Alfie Suite is a marketing production and orchestration platform used to structure briefs, recommend Missions, produce content, organise approvals and prepare exports.

Creating an account, signing in or using Alfie Suite means accepting these Terms. At signup, the user confirms acceptance and acknowledges the Privacy Policy.

Commercial terms, quotes or order forms may supplement these Terms and prevail for the specific offer where they address the same subject.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep credentials confidential and report unauthorised access.
• Only authorised members of an organisation may use its workspace.
• A person registering a company confirms that they have authority to act for it.
• Users must be adults or otherwise legally able to contract.

Alfie Suite may be offered in beta or progressive rollout. Features may be added, changed, suspended or replaced for quality, security or product consistency.

A future or experimental feature is not a binding delivery commitment. Video deliverables are not available until officially enabled for the relevant offer.

• Comply with law, intellectual property, image rights and advertising rules.
• Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not bypass billing, quotas, permissions or security controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or attack the service.
• Do not create fake testimonials, impersonate people or present synthetic content as authentic evidence.

Users retain their rights in briefs, brand assets, files and content.

Users grant Buzztron a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, technically transform and send the necessary content to service providers solely to perform the requested Mission.

Users warrant that they have the rights and permissions required for all uploaded material.

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or unintended similarities. Users must verify facts, claims, prices, names, rights and brand fit before publication.

Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice. Buzztron does not guarantee absolute uniqueness or automatic copyright protection.

Features, limits, Woofs, brands, billing cycles and prices are those shown at subscription or stated in the applicable order.

Stripe processes payments. Buzztron does not store full card numbers. Renewal, cancellation, tax and refund rules are set out in the relevant offer or commercial terms.

Buzztron uses reasonable efforts to operate the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages and force majeure may cause interruptions.

An account may be suspended for non-payment, prohibited use, fraud, security risk or serious harm. Users may request closure; some records may remain for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.

The platform, code, architecture, interfaces, agents, methods, brands and documentation remain owned by Buzztron or its licensors. Access does not transfer those rights.

Each party is responsible for proven direct damage within the limits allowed by law and the applicable commercial terms.

Buzztron does not guarantee marketing performance, audience, conversion, SEO ranking or virality and is not liable for unreviewed publication decisions or third-party rights missing from user-provided content.

These Terms may change with the service, law or security practices. Material changes may be notified in the platform or by email.

French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Please contact contact@alfiesuite.com before starting proceedings so the parties can seek an amicable solution.
