4. Artificial intelligence
Necessary brief, brand or file content may be sent to OpenRouter and the selected model provider, or another provider enabled for the requested feature.
Do not submit special-category or highly confidential data unless it is necessary, authorised and appropriately protected. Alfie Suite does not intentionally train a Buzztron public model on customer content.

6. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the EEA. Depending on the case, safeguards include adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses or another GDPR-recognised mechanism.
7. Retention

8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact contact@alfiesuite.com. We normally respond within one month, subject to GDPR extensions.
9. Security
Buzztron applies access controls, encrypted communications, secret management, database policies, backups and monitoring proportionate to the service. No system is infallible; users must protect credentials and minimise uploads.
10. Children
Alfie Suite is not intended for children. Minors must not create an account or submit data without a legal representative where required.
11. Updates
This policy may change as the product, providers or law evolve. The version and date are shown at the top.
